Can you be bored to death?
University of London researchers  report that, indeed, people who reported greater levels of boredom tended to die at a younger age than those who weren't very bored.  Boredom may make people prone to harmful behaviors such as excessive drinking, smoking and drug abuse.  So once again, EXERCISE!!!

Stress, men and women
May issue of the Monitor on Psychology reports a study that concludes:  Stressed men prefer women who look nothing like them, while unstressed men favor those whose features resemble their own.  The theory is that in a chaotic environment, men aim to expand genetic diversity by seeking dissimilar mates.  So take a look at who you are attracted to!!!   Are they stressed or not?
